Yo, FFG, you guys are seriously awesome.

I had been in the US, all the way from NZ, and during that time played a lot of X-Wing. At some point, I lost my Hobbie.

It wasn't good. Have no idea where it went, or what happened. Also the little plastic nub that connects the Firespray to the sticks for the base had come off, so I put in a help topic to FFG.

Today I receive not only a brand new Firespray, they sent me a Hobbie card and base (which they totally weren't obliged to do)!

How amazing are you guys?! Honestly, thank you so much.

For anyone who wonders how great their customer support is, here's a dude totally sold on it.
