That would've been a lot of personal messages.
Greetings¡¡¡¡¡
That would've been a lot of personal messages.
Sometimes there's no good solution, but that doesn't make it okay to do the wrong thing. Making a more generalized thread to bring the community together would have been tolerable; creating a thread dedicated to one specific poster, even if well intentioned, makes things very, very personal.
I still see no wrong in it.
You said your goal is to foster a positive, inclusive community. This thread has accomplished neither of those things. All I see is several pages of people picking on a person who's not even here to defend himself, and nobody deserves that kind of attention. Nobody.
Actually, several people have defended him, including me.
Edit: I wasn't expecting additional attacks against him.

I see that, but it doesn't make up for all the rest. Do you really think this community is any better off now, or that Kaxel will benefit from all the negative attention that your thread has inadvertently drawn?
Those are loaded questions since it has also drawn positive attention, but yes to both.
Can we move on now?
Holy cow...
I honestly cannot fathom how you believe that. Having been on the receiving end of a very similar situation just recently - one that earned the OP an official warning, mind you - I can tell you that it does not feel good to draw so much unwanted attention.
Can we move on now?
Holy cow...
Move on to what, exactly? If you mean Star Wars talk, then by all means, let's.

Here's the thing. I don't care about him or his opinions. But I know who he is. And his actions with a previous Star Wars community. Luckily, FFG doesn't have a collectible model, so trading isn't exactly necessary, so most here won't be scammed by him. So while most don't deserve to be aggressively singled out, I really don't mind if Kaxel is. I wouldn't call him a benefit to any community.
He said it himself he does it on purpose, and he "just has" for a long time.. I think it's silly, but I don't comment on it.. I figure leave it alone and it might go away.. whatever.. no worries.. but there are a few who call him out. I believe Spanish is his primary language.
Some people, Brits especially I think, habitually end their writings with "Cheers". I thought of it as kind of the same thing.
That's funny, most British folks I've known end their posts directed towards me with "Piss off."
Don't tempt me...
greetttionnnnnnngssssssss
This thread needs some Comic Sans.
In German, it is common to end an informal email with the phrase Viele Grüße, which means "Many greetings"
Thats probably what he is doing.
According to Urban Dictionary
Kaxel = The insane crack pairing of characters Kairi and Axel from the game Kingdom Hearts 2.
According to Wikipedia
A voxel represents a value on a regular grid in three-dimensional space. Voxel is a combination of "volume" and "pixel" where pixel is a combination of "picture" and "element".
I have no idea what that name is supposed to mean, but it sounds kinda cool. A little Star Warsy. Honestly, it sounds like he is a 13 year old German kid who just doesnt know better. If its a problem, just put him on ignore.

Quick google search turned up that result. Game on.
**** sounds like alot of people get ripped off over the years.
I must be doing it wrong, because i googled Kaxel Vox, and the only thing i found was a Mexico's website about selling stuff, and there, he got mostly positive reviews. If you have something inflammatory to say about somebody, atleast provide the source please, so we can make our mind about it ![]()
Put the name then scammer it'll give you results.

It goes on for a few pages. I was also aware of some of the behind the scenes when this issue came up. Thankfully, its not likely to be an issue with this game.

Try his full user name Kaxel Vofer (and then telling google you didn't mean Kaxel Woofer), other than topics on this board, I ended up with this page

When he finally got the minis, he complained about the Dark Side Adept stat cards that he claimed were 'decolorated'. Yeah right, i pulled those from boosters myself and take good care of my things so i knew that wasn't true. But as i was new to the online trading at the time and didn't want to look bad, i contacted Hothie who ran the orphans thread at that time. He was very helpful and agreed to send some spare cards to Mexico if i just paid for shipping. With that done, i hoped to get this trade completed soon.
Some time later he messaged me and said that he got the cards, and just when i thought that it would all turn out fine he totally stopped communicating. He was bad enough communicating as it was already but now it just stopped completely. I mailed him again and again, and finally after two weeks he replied that he was going on vacation and would ship after that. What?! He had a whole two weeks to do this.
At this point, i was quite worried that i would never see the minis. Well, i never did! And i never heard from him again either, despite mailing him many times. But i couldn't prove that he never sent them, so i didn't report it at the time. I should have, and saved others from a lot of trouble.
Whoa. Talk about a sh*tstorm rising.
I will say this about him saying the greetings, he's been doing it since 2009 from what I can see. So he's not doing it to purposely piss people off on these forums, However I would not be surprised from all the scam forums I've read that he isn't doing it to sound more "foreign".
