Fantasy Flight Games does not accept unsolicited game design or development submissions, or unsolicited writing submissions.
Not saying that your ideas are bad, but for sensitive legal and copyright issues this is a common (almost standard) practice by all business. Legally if that what your email/letter/correspondence was it would have been deleted or thrown away without reading any more than a few lines.
