And yet you are an unfriendly person. You're not fooling anyone. Most people on these forums think you're an ass, despite how many likes you get for posting. You don't post to be helpful. You post to try and get people to like you.

I would hardly say an A-wing is a better arc dodger than a Phantom, Whisper will have a higher PS so he can Decloak move and barrel roll AFTER your "arc dodging" A-wings are set in place. Echo will be even with Tycho so it comes down to initiative and Jake without VI will never know for sure where a Phantom will be. (To avoid any confusion, when I say "Phantom" I mean the named ones with VI+ACD, just like when people say Falcon they mean Han Chewie or Lando not the ORS)

Why is it so hard to get good Eggs Benedict? It's not like poaching eggs is all that hard, and Eggs Benedict is easily the second best breakfast foodstuff (right after bacon). Sure, you'll see it on the occasional Sunday brunch menu, but why should such an amazing dish be reserved for one day out of the week?

If you've found out someones real name its a bit off to use it on a forum as a 'i know who you are' thing.

A lot of us have 'pen names' for a reason. I teach High School (only supply occasionally) these days but i also play in a fairly over the top industrial band. Last thing i want is kids I know at school googling the name on my Birth certificate and finding out about my personal life.. Plus nobody calls me by my christian name.. even my mum calls me Gadge. You only use my christian name if you work with me in education. I even *write* under the name Gadge these days.

So while you've not gone 'you are Dave Smith and you live at Lexington Place, Springfield, Alabama' publicly can you respect someones wishes to have a pseudonym.

I've had an online row on a wargames forum where someone thought they were scoring points by 'revealing' my given name on my driving licence.... it is no secret (and these days you can find some of my stuff in print as for example Jame 'Gadge' Smith or whomever) but i do like to keep my social life seperate from my work life at times.

We're on the new label sampler with Defcon too which i'm pleased about as i co wrote it and its the first 'proper' released record I've had that i had a fair bit to do with rather than playing parts someone else wrote.

Don't do it man disengage it's really not worth it, both are trolls but at least ribann was trying to have a constructive conversation this time so he gets points for that.

I have many many friends in bands and I love the creativity involved in that whole process.

It's a lot of fun, doing mini tours where we do back to back dates on weekends especially.

We're also pretty much all four of us xwing players (only Alex doesnt play yet) and like the same stuff so were friends as well as band mates.

my friends in California are more.. do your own thing, and my band friends in Illinois are cover bands mostly. I find it odd that the two are so different.

I moved here to work for GW in 2000 and its just so beautiful and so much to do and wicked nightlife i've never felt the urge to move.

Back on track a bit, as everyone comes here to work for GW they tend to stay when they leave GW and set up their own companies so loads of cool companies are based here (mantic, warlord, foundry etc)..most of my gaming group also work for FFG as freelancers.
