Intuitive Shot VS Intuitive Strike

I was wondering, why are 2 talents with the same mechanic differ in terms of reward ?

Intuitive Shot adds your force rating to your attack roll and each force pip adds a succes.

Intuitive Strike adds your force rating to your gunnery roll and adds 1 succes for 2 force pip.

If Intuitive Strike add the same effect has Intuitive Shot, then it would be a great talent, now its just meh!

Strike only works with vehicle weapons. Shot works ranged light and heavy. Since vehicle weapons work off Sil instead of range the difficulties will tend to be lower, and the damage output higher.

I dunno..... in my games, players usually move between short and medium range.... so 1 or 2 purples for difficulty in ranged light or heavy... in starship combat, it's usually a freighter against Tie fighters, so it's almost always 2 purples...

All in all, I guess it's probably because there are way less talents to make ships harder to hit... but I'm still not sure it should only be 1 succes per 2 force pips.
