Let's say you have a Promethium mine on the first planet. You then conquer that planet and send it to your scoring area.. However say you still had resources banked on the mine... Does it continue to provide bonuses attached to the planet in the score area or is it destroyed... Also what if your opponent gets the planet? Would they then get the benefits of the mine? Thematically the answers to both would be yes but the rules did not explain this well.
