I wanted to create a list based on the E-Wing ship and came out with this idea:

- Corran Horn, E-Wing, with R2-D2, Advanced Sensors, Outmaneuver and Engine Upgrade (49 points)
- Gold Squadron Y-Wing with R7-T1 and Ion Cannon Turret (26 points)
- Gold Squadron Y-Wing with R5-K6 and Ion Cannon Turret (25 points)

The idea is to use the Y-Wings to annoy enemy ships as much as possible and block their maneuvers and then have Corran Horn use his amazing maneuverability to position himself outside firing arcs of enemy ships and use Outmaneuver and his double attack if necessary. R2-D2 is to give him more surviving chances (and maybe discourage focus firing on him).

Any ideas on how to improve this list?

Has anybody run a successful E-Wing list already?

I would drop the droids on both the Y's and upgrade one to Dutch.

And possibly PTL on Corran since the amount of green maneuvers proc'ing R2D2 will also clear the PTL's Stress.

I tried list

2 e-wings with named pilots and Biggs. My opinion:

1) Corran is excellent with Veteran Instincts. At last tournament he down Phantoms twice, with PS 10.

2) I used R2 droids - stress is bad thing, with R2 you can do any speed 1/2, also turn hard, and it will be green.
