See a lot of Falcon lists with Chewie as pilot but never Han as crew. Is there a reason that I'm over looking?

Good question. He does make your TL more efficient.

He is way better in practice than he appears on paper. He is a nice way of saving points on some of the extravagant Falcon builds.

I put Han on Roark with Ion Cannon Turret. Works great.

I think the lack of Han on YT-1300's directly correlates to the distinct lack of the use of TL on YT-1300's. Sure you might take it once in a while, but at least in the majority of my games, focus is what I see.

I think the main reason is that you only have 2 seats for crew and C-3PO almost always gets the first seat and Luke Crew and Gunner fight over the other seat with Han left standing in the space port wondering where everyone has gone.

I personally fly with Han Crew + C-3PO in my builds but that's a personal preference, as stated above it really is much better in practice than it first appears and for only 2 points its a bargain.

I don't own one yet, but I've really liked the idea of the Han crew card since I first saw it. I think the math works out to roughly halfway between TL [or] Focus and TL [and] Focus. An extra half action is pretty impressive for 2 points.

Personally I am saving Han for the B2 crew slot in the B-wing, he will be perfect there! :-D
