Was reading the directions but did not see anywhere it said how you regain spells.

Did I miss something ?

Unless you have a special ability that says so (Wizard, Prophetess, Sage) or Object that let's you always have a spell (Wand), once you're out of spells in hand, you're out. No freebies getting new spells, gotta work the board/encounters to gain more.
