A little bit nervous about next local tournament :-)

Want to discuss a little my list's thoughts.

I plan to use Corran Horn in all lists - with Veteran Instincts he can be anti-Phantom ship. I hope it can be anti-any ship, with high PS and double attack with FCS.

It is interesting to try it with Etahn - crits is good.

3 ships is more simple with movement point of view, but 4 ships is more firepowerfull and tough.

1) EXXZ - one high skill atacker and 3 support, with Bigs.

I tried EEX list

What can I say:

1) Corran Horn with Vet Insts is a good anti-Phantom one. I met Phantoms twice (Echo both times), and both times I successfuly down it.

2) Fire-Control System at Corran is a good, usefull upgrade.

3) Etahn's ability is fun - when your successfuly flight in formation, it provide a lot of crits.

4) Push the limit at Etahn is interesting and sometimes usefull, but next time I will try Veteran Instincts insted, PS 5 is uncomfortable low.

5) If I will have 3 free squad points next time, I try to use R2-F2 with Biggs, for one more evade dice.

6) may be I will exchange Bigs with 2 Z-95.

If you take out Corran's r2 unit and drop the tala to a bandit you can put r7 on Tarn Mison in exxz which makes him so much better.

it is a pity that R7 works only once in a round :-)

How did you do at the tournament wins/losses wise?

one win three loses

all loses through awful maneuvers - I can win all times, I am sure.

Last time my Biggs went out from mat at second(!) turn :-)

Es, Xs, and Zs, are tops when it comes to laying a lot of fire down range.

Try an EXZZ with Etahn big and generic Zs to bring the pain.
