I remember there was announcment on a videogamescon last year that FFG is produciing a Wings of War and a Tide of Iron XBox ARcade Game, are there any news regarding these both titles?

The WoW and ToI games were supposed to be done by www.big-rooster.com.

They were also supposed to make the Zombies!! game but had that taken away from them due to a "development misfire" .

Sadly Big-Rooster now seems defunct. The last update on their webpage is from august last year and they are not responding to mail.
