I met a man wearing one of these at last year's H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival in Portland, OR. His girlfriend makes them & for a short while he was able to convince her to sell them in her Etsy store. There are none available at the moment but it might be worth contacting her if you really want one.

I've seen a friend of a friend where one on facebook but apparently his aunt made it. He likes to wear it with sunglasses underneath... it looks awesome.
