Congrats on getting the forum speed up !

will it be possible to get a PM function, or is that a lot of work on this forum ?
you might get more of the TI3 members posting back on here if you get PM, as playing TI3 online without it is impossible)

Indeed. I would like to add my voice to those that are saying kudos for getting the speed up. One point down, others to go. Custom avatars and PMs seem to be the most called for features...

Wow, I avoid the site for a few days and come back and it is a TON faster. Will have to cruise around a bit to see if it is the same throughout. Looks promising.

While faster tehre are still a few 'oddities' nowabout 50% of the time I want to Reply or Quote or Post a New Topic the page says its done loading but it doesn't load the little top tool bar and the text box is unresponsive, its there only I cannot put the cursor in nor type, I have to hit the back button, try again and sometimes it won't work until the third try (although its never gone to four.)

Also I am still having issues with new threads or threads with new posts showing as having no new content and old threads showing that they are new despit not having new posts and also the wrong user listed as the 'most recent poster' from the main menu. Thi sseems to happen when somone who posted in the thread has eddited a post (sometimes myself) and only resets once someone else posts in the thread. So while the sites (a bit) faster its still pretty wonky.

Yeah, the speed problem isn't licked yet. It is CERTAINLY better than before. But now it behaves like a runner, loading at a moderate speed for a while before crashing to a sluggish snail's pace while it "rests".

Yeah, I've had two session timeouts today.
