But if you remember the italian leak of the wave 9 ships, well, right at the bottom of the second picture it displayed 'XG1 ASSALTO BARCA PISTOLA'

Since the Wave 9 spoiler that came out today points that the ships listed are effectively being made, well... I'd say that this is a faint glimmer of hope for the XG1.

Not to add, the last ship named was 'SUPERIORE STELLA VIPERA' which translates to 'Superior Star Viper'..

I want to see this supposed leaked page 2. I still don't belive that any of it was real, but I want to see it anyway.

I just saw the wave 9 stuff after I posted my last. interesting stuff. I like how they did NOT give the TIE/sf a turret like others were complaining for.

But if there is a page 2 with GUNBOAT, well then...........

"XG1 Assalto barca pistola" is a terrible word-by-word translation that makes no sense. Literally, it means "Pistol Raft Assault XG1".

The proper thing would be "XG1 Cannoniera d'assalto"

Yeah it made me laugh to read such terrible translation.

Looks like a Google Translate job to me. "Super/ior Star Viper" sounds like a shot in the dark for Scum, but Resistance Shuttle is a fairly plausible guess for the Rebels.

Also kudos for just including three ships, as Wave 9 will likely be the last wave to include two Scum ships.

So, there's a couple of plausible elements to it, but are there enough?

When's the next season of Rebels due? If we see a new StarViper in it, then we may have something...

If not: Do you guys thought about the possibility that in the future EU ships aren't anymore part of Waves but will be released like the TFA stuff? Just something that came to my mind.

Too my knowledge there isn't a release date for season 3, but season 1 and 2 of rebels started in October (With some bonus stuff before hand), so October seems like a safe bet.

There is no mention of rogue one ships on that list. There is no way we aren't getting a U-Wing and TIE-Striker in time for the new movie, I am pretty sure FFG is contractually obligated to do so (Based on the rushed TFA ships). I'm calling that one fake, but then again I thought rebel ARC-170s were fake for sure too...

It's possible that Rogue One releases will be released separately, to tie in with the release of the film.

I doubt we'll see a Rogue One: The Miniatures Game core set (unless it's for Imperial Assault), but a TIE Striker and U-Wing Expansion Pack, "added" to wave 9 (or Wave X), then released on their own alongside the film? Maybe.

Never mind the fact that U-Wing and TIE Striker are as-yet unconfirmed. I won't be surprised but they've hardly been nailed down yet.

Resistance Shuttle (Force Awakens Leia and Akbar crew?)
XG-1 Assault Gunboat
Advanced Star Viper (whatever that is)

Announced as Wave X. Small wave, right? Then the U-Wing and TIE Striker are added to it in the same way the T-70 and TIE/fo were added to Wave 8...

Okay, well, maybe everyone else knows this but it just dawned on me: there will most likely be no more EU-only ships in X-Wing.

So, if we want our beloved gunboat, then we need to start praying that the gunboat will show up in Rebels like the ARC-170 did.
