Gotta be something else, too, as it's quite the wall of text and also costs 1 pt. Just swapping available slots around doesn't seem like it should be expensive. Maybe the ship also has a crap dial (only has 1- and 2- hard turns and both are red?) reflecting the missile boat configuration, and the card makes them white?

Just a guess on the details - and no idea the cost on it, either way. Could be an 8-pt upgrade, for all we know.

I would think so, since that'd be pretty close to a Y-Wing dial, and I'd think the Gunboat would have at least a slightly better dial than the Y-Wing.

Do we know point costs yet? I've heard Fen Rau is 20, which would make AP-5 12 points, but not a peep on the other ships.
