I have fixed the issue with huge ship modifications showing for non-huge ships, and huge ships showing upgrades for non-huge ships. I've also added the missing Onyx Squadron Pilot.
I'll look at this Chrome bug when I get a moment. in the meantime, the builder definitely works in Firefox... 
I'm using chrome like the other guy. Must be a chrome issue.
Opera on Linux Mint 16 same thing.

OK, the Chrome bug is fixed (you may have to clear your cache). Presumably the Opera one is, too.
(Seems String.prototype is private in those browsers but not Firefox.)

Love the builder! Glad to hear that the loading of saved squads is fixed. That one was driving me nuts, much like a steering wheel on the belt buckle!
Hey just a heads up, it does not seem like the Tantive IV title card is included in the list. All it has is Jaina's Light and Dodanna's Pride.

There is one thing i don't like though. I don't have Facebook and never will. I hope some day it will be possible to save lists without having afacebook account.

The corvette I have in my collection is not showing on the main page of the Rebel squad builder.

It's not an error, it's a, um, feature. I generally leave it to users to enforce that kind of rule, in case they want to break the rules for a friendly game. Just like you can have Chewie as a pilot and a crew member, or a squad full of Soontir Fels.
Yes the feature is ok, but i mean if you can fix only the card text, not the possibility to use 2 same upgrade.

You should totally put in a way to chain between escalation lists (60-90-120-150).
The best way i can think of, off hand, is to color code things, maybe? But Im not sure. I know its a bit annoying to shuffle around when im trying to fiddle with my lists.
