Has everyone else received Draft and Starter packs?

Received? Not entirely sure what you're asking.

I bought some from my 'local' (I'm stretching the word a bit) games store in Montreal, and had a draft tournament a few weeks back, and know of several other such events in the US and Canada.

I was told at local game store that their distributor is waiting to see demand for product in number of Canadian stores before shipping our way.

I guess i should ask- Has anyone purchased any draft/starter decks from a local Canadian store?

Yes people have bought them in Canadian stores in Quebec and Ontario.
