When you have the runesword and you can one of the on bridge creatures (where it doesnt specifically call them an enemy) due you gain a life?

Runesword uses the keyword Enemy. Enemies are Adventure cards with the same keyword. Board spaces where you fight, you are fighting Creatures. So no Life. Check the red box on page 10 for clarification.
