It's a sad day for the Empire. It looks like someone snagged my Tie Interceptor dial at a tournament this weekend. Fortunately I was able to borrow one to use, but I'm still a bit peeved about it. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement?

well u did one good step now posting this on forums will or wont help much u have to contact ure retailer he can get u a new dial. well my friend had one of those sticks they werent in proper order and kind of odd he tolked with the retailer and heidelberg the german partner that made x wing appear here in germany replaces it he even had a dial loss and got a new one.

with problems like these Fantasy flight games is veeeery good in dealing with queries or complaints <--- hope that was right sorry i google translated that word ;P and help u out in no time

Use FFG's customer service to contact them, explain what happened, and they should send you a new dial, no questions asked, no cost to you.

I've had good experiences with them. Although I have heard of one or two people having trouble.

Yeah, it's possible, but unlikely, that they'll say no. But even if they do, you won't know unless you ask.

That is IMO a problem with the dials.

Most things can be replaced fairly easily. Lose my templates and I can get acrylic ones, lose some tokens and I either have enough or can buy acrylic ones. Lose a base and I likely have more then enough already that I can replace it.

Lose a dial and you're kinda screwed.

Yeah. FFG Customer Service is top shelf. I had to use their services a couple times since I started playing X-wing, and they've always come through.

The first time I used the Customer Service was for a lost (Y-wing) dial, (and a movement template).
