If you are attacking with two or more guys do you get the card effect of each card? or do you pick one card and only get that card ability?

Generally speaking, if a card is in play and its conditions are met, its effects work. There is no "hidden rule" that turns one card off in favor of another. Anything like that would be written on the card itself.
