Greetings, Path of the Master attendees!

The first-ever Universal Fighting System Invitational Tournament will be taking place this weekend here at the FFG Event Center!

Path of the Master was a thirteen-month-long series of Organized Play events for the UFS CCG. Over the course of a year, players had the opportunity to compete in special Path of the Master events where the prizes included patches symbolizing the various resource symbols in the game. At the end of the thirteen months, players who had won at least one patch were invited to a special UFS tournament at the FFG headquarters in Minnesota.

Schedule

Friday
6-10pm: Open Gaming
The FFG Event Center will be open to Path of the Master attendees for open gaming. Play some pickup games of UFS, or try something new from FFG's extensive library.

Saturday
10:00am: Registration
11:30am: World Championship Ceremony
12:00pm: Path of the Master Main Event
6:00pm: Pizza dinner, catered by FFG

In addition, depending on attendance, there may be side events on Saturday until the Event Center closes around 10:00pm. In any case, this will be one big day of UFS action!

Sunday
10ap-4pm: UFS Side Events

Location/Directions

The FFG Event Center is located a hop, skip, and a jump away from the FFG offices in Roseville, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Directions to the Event Center are as follows:

From the Minneapolis - Saint Paul International Airport:

From the North:
Take I-35 to the 35W/35E split. Follow 35W southbound.
Take 35W south to the County Road C exit (Exit 24).
Turn left at the stoplight, then left again on County Road C.
Turn right at Cleveland Avenue (by the Burger King).
Turn left on Oakcrest Avenue. 1975 is on the left.

From the South:
Take I-35 to the 35W/35E split. Follow 35E north to Highway 36.
From Highway 36, take the Fairview Avenue exit.
Drive north (right) on Fairview to Oakcrest Avenue.
Turn left on Oakcrest Avenue. 1975 is on the right.

From the East:
Take I-94 to 35E northbound.
35E to Highway 36 westbound.
From Highway 36, take the Fairview Avenue exit.
Drive north (right) on Fairview to Oakcrest Avenue.
Turn left on Oakcrest Avenue. 1975 is on the right.

From the West:
Take I-94 to 694 eastbound.
Drive east on 694 to 35W southbound.
Take 35W south to the County Road C exit (Exit 24).
Turn left at the stoplight, then left again on County Road C.
Turn right at Cleveland Avenue (by the Burger King).
Turn left on Oakcrest Avenue. 1975 is on the left.

Hotels

The two hotels for the Path of the Master event, the Days Inn Roseville and Radisson Roseville, are one block to the west of the FFG Event Center, at the corner of Oakcrest and Cleveland.

Food and Entertainment

There are many restaurants within walking distance from the Event Center, both of a sit-down and takeout variety, multiple shopping centers, as well as a large mall with a 14-screen movie theater, which are indicated on the below map:
