Disciple of Alatar seems OP.
First round you've got 7 cards, you play this card and you've got a free test of will.
And if you play only two cards per turn (because you draw 2 per turn) you can keep that free test of will the entire game.
Disciple of Pallando is hard to activate. Need 3 turns of not spending anything with Pallando.
With that logic, considering that we begin play with 6 cards and play 1 each turn, Disciple of Alatar should be activated with at least 9 cards in hand. The thing is that drawing cards is easier than adding resources, so I think at least 10 cards in hand.
Anyway, Disciple of Alatar has a much better ability then Disciple of Pallando. So maybe 12 cards is more correct to be balanced.
