Question about From The Hawk, Alertness

By Nasuko, in UFS Rules Q & A

Okay, quick question about this card, the exact text is F Commit 1 foundation: Choose a random card in your opponent's hand. Your opponent plays with the chosen card revealed for the rest of the turn. Now my question is if I use the ability and I pick a random card it gets revealed, but if I use the ability a second time what happens with the already revealed card, is it ommited from the selection as it is already revealed, and if thats not the case whats the fairest way to randomly pick a card while keeping the revealed cards revealed?

Good question. I think it still goes back into the selection choice. however, when choosing a random card, you can see the card and you do not have choose it. Thats how I see it.

but its RANDOM, which means you dont choose it. You flip a coin, dice, etc.

I would say you can randomly choose the same card repeatedly.

Why is there 2 of this question? Also no thats not how it works. As long as the already revealed card is in hand it can be randomly selected a second time. This being because the determining of which card is revealed is not dependent upon cards that are already revealed, only on cards in hand.

oh i see, i forgot it wasnt all one sentence.
