So I had a look at my Adv Torps and they let me change 3 blanks to 3 focus on my die...(I think?) So If my Tie Bomber target locks in the turn before, then focus' on this turn then fires...how many die can I re-roll with focus? Any and all die that show up as an "eye" or just the one?

I.e. 3 attack die turn up as focus, my bomber has focus..do I re-roll one or all three?

You don't reroll any of them. You just change any and all [eyeball] results to [hit] results if you choose to spend the focus token.

So if you are defending and you have a focus token attached to your ship you can re-roll all the "eyeball" results? Or do you just change them to evades?

You spend a focus token to change all eye-results you just rolled to hit or evades, depending on if it was attack or defence dice you just rolled. Focus has nothing to do with rerolling.

Focus straight up changes the dice from the eyeball to the hit/evade.
Target Lock is the only action that deals with re-rolling, and you can do it with any number of attack dice (including 0).
