Slightly different to the other Ivy decks I have seen posted so far. Tried to make a genuine poke deck rather than tack Ivy onto a standard All deck.
Ivy. All/Life/Void 6HS 26V
4x Switching Weapon Styles 4/4 All/Life
4x Rejection 3/5 +2L B:1 Life
4x Cross Madness 0/3 0M3 +2H All/Life
4x Howling Spirits 3/3 3H3 +1L All/Life
4x Razor's Bite 3/3 4L2 +2M All/Life
4x Raging Gnome 3/3 3L7 +2M All/Life
4x Pommel Smash 3/3 2H1 S:1 All
4x The Gorgeous Team 3/4 +3H Life
4x Genius Alchemist 2/5 All/Life
4x Researching Anywhere 2/4 All/Life
4x Soul that Protects 1/5 +3H All/Life
4x Responsibility 3/5 All/Life
4x The Tae Kwon Do Zephyr 0/5 +2L All
4x Powerful Style 0/5 +2M All
4x Bitter Rivals 3/4 +2M All
Crossed into LIfe just to abuse The Gorgeous Team - having Switching Weapon Styles in hand is key and TGT is easier than using Tag Along simply because it doesn't clog the card pool. The checks in this deck are fairly meh and I don't want to have to rely on the Genius Alchemist for more than mitigating SWS.
Undecided about Rejection, it's in there as a panic button but would be an easy swap for Kung-Fu Training which can push through Raging Gnome or defend against annoying opponent's Tag Alongs. Powerful Style may also help me live enough, but does requre I live through my opponent's turn.
Bitter Rivals is key to push attacks through, there is a heap of draw outside of Ivy just to make I can keep my hand full, the Attacks are pretty self expnatory.
Considering changes..
- Olcadan's Mentoring or Chester's Backing to prevent Tough Outer Shell. I have sacrificed control in this deck for speed, but in the long game if I am slowed enough some control may be necessary.
- Visions of Destiny for Responsibility. Worse CC but lower DIfficulty and being able to dictate draw off Researching Anywhere or rig CCs for SWS is great and I am not sure if I need more draw or can afford another Commit cost Foundation.
- As mentioned above KFT for Rejection.
