In the example on the ffg page they state that the e-wing can perform 3 actions before it reveals its maneuver dial but cant see how this is possible. The advanced sensors states that you can perform one free action before you reveal your dial then skip perform action step. obviously you can use ptl after this but where does the 3rd action come from or am i missing something?

Droid r7-t1 is boost and target lock, ptl adds one more actin to get three.
