Well...out of pure boredom, I decided to throw together a decklist for this much-hyped character. I'll start off by saying this, though. No, I am not nor will not run Defender. It's rather hard to come by, and Chaos has other solid methods of killing.
There are a LOT of cards that synergize with one another in this deck. I'll write those out at the end of the list.

First off, as I did with the Zi Mei deck, I'll write what the new cards are and what they do for quick reference
Unnatural Grace- +2 to all checks made for attacks as long as the action stays in your card pool.
Father's Tragedy- E Destroy this Foundation: Draw X cards. X equals the number of cards in your opponent's hand minus the number of cards in your hand (minimum 0). Only playable during your attack.
Body of Souls: The Hero of Southtown 2.0, except with the added CHOICE of discarding a card. I thought the thing said you have to, but the text reads: You MAY discard a card.
When you first read Father's Tragedy and Body of Souls, without seeing their rarities first hand, you probably think "Oh those have to be foil." WRONG! Father's Tragedy is an UnCommon, and Body of Souls is a Common. Serious. Stuff.
The deck, while it appears straightforward, has a LOT of nifty little combos that can be utilized. The kill condition is simple-Stuff your opponent's hand into their momentum and kill them with Fire Kick and Flying Edge. You may be wondering why I didn't go with Midnight Pleasure. Aside from not owning any, The damage potential on Fire Kick can match Midnight Pleasure when 2 momentum is discarded for both, and exceed it from there on. I think it's better overall for a non-Ibuki Chaos deck (in which case, Midnight Pleasure is certainly more useful).
Now, it's time to get on to all the fun things this deck can do!
Wisdom from a Confidant+any card drawing abilities in the deck. Specifically did this for Kyoshiro. If I can only get that Form once every game, I want to try and set the draw up as best I can. chucking useless foundations when I need attacks to kill is very nice.
Lord of the Makai+Father's Tragedy+Body of Souls-Well...say I want to draw some cards, but my hand is sitting large. Lord of the Makai some of my stuff into my momentum, then activate Father's Tragedy for a few new cards, then use Body of Souls to get back any important cards I stuffed into my momentum. Pretty fun.
Lord of the Makai+Tira's Contract. Everyone knows about this combo. But Tira's Contract was never all that great to use. Now, with the advent of aggro's resurgence, I think Tira's Contract should be an auto-include in any deck it can go into. This is more or less my deck's main form of defense.
You'll notice there is no Controller of Souls on this list. I'm not certain I need it in Chaos. Red Lotus and Oral Dead can cover all my Olcadan's needs, and they can also handle any other pesky effects should they be needed to do so. I don't believe in wasting precious deck space on one card if all it is going to do is counter one other card if I've already got two cards in the deck that can do the same job, but better.
Powerful Style is in mostly since it's a 0/5 with a decent block. Forethought, while good, is the only out-of-place card.
Comments, thoughts, anything appreciated!
And, just a quick question. I know that, due to Flying Edge's wording, we interpret the pump as X+(Y/2), where it was supposed to be (X+Y)/2. Was that ever clarified, or is it still my momentum plus half of my opponent's momentum? Thanks!
