I haven't played any tourneys yet, and this is a fairly new project. I do I tend to get a few tourneys under my belt soon though. Plus my LGS wants me to run some demos, so I'll get it some exposure when that stars as well.. lol should be lots of fun.

sorry for the wash effect, the gloss cote is causing some flare.

Being dissatisfied with the wing decals I removed the old smaller ones and replaced them with newer larger ones, and reoriented them as I decided I wanted all Imp symbols to have the same facing

Put black tips on the wings and a walkway on the fuselage, then the district number on the bottom of the wings so they can be read when the wings fold.

More gloss cote and also a black bar on the bottom with the district Number in yellow. will put that up later, hopefully I can find a good stop sign so I can make a decal for that and use it on the bottom of the wings, and STOP in Aurebesh

For the record I hate the colour yellow. But I have to say that school bus Lambda looks AWESOME.

That is frickin' sweet! I've never been much for paiting minis and such, which just leaves me envious that I had both the time and the desire to do such cool projects. Well done, sir!

As much as I like the school bus idea I almost think adding Stop signs is going too far.

Actually when I got the inspiration from Sablegryphon it included the stop signs and some of the lights you Find on modern school buses... been just following that vision.. it is fairly complete and I could Leave it as is.. or paint another one up.. lol I got plenty of decals to do a few more.. lol

I've been wanting to do up a buzzsaw in the yanky school bus theam ever since sable put the idea in my head too.

I've also been thinking about painting up few ties as stop signs, their solar panels are the right shape so my plan is to paint the external panels red with STOP or perhaps HALT in the middle :-D

The yellow I am using is humbrol acrylic #154... I love it, I think it was a good match. I actually talked with the owner of my LGS about it, he is very knowledgeable about a lot of hobby ideas.

I hope you post the pictures of your work I'd love to see your idea in the flesh. I need to make stop signs in aurebesh..
