# of players?

By zdelorean, in The Witcher Adventure Game

It shows 2-4 players but in the description text we see "Or will you go it alone, and take on the fearsome creatures and perilous challenges of the Witcher world by yourself?" Wonder if there is an actual need or interaction between 2 players or is it just a game that can be solo'ed but can be played with others?

My guess is that you can work together to complete objectives and share the rewards but that it's just as viable to let the other players worry about their own goals and hope it slows them down while you go for a quick win.

If it's a player vs. board setup like with Defenders of the Realm , it may just mean that you can play it completely alone when your normal gaming group is occupied with other demands.

Even if it isn't a game that has no solo rules, I'm sure someone will end up coming up with some anyway.

If it's anything similar to Runebound, solo play will be easily doable without much rule changes.

I'm getting this game on release!
