How would you Paint the Buzzsaw Shuttle?

This is the shuttle I've painted for my Scarlet cowgirl list. I want all of the ships to have a similar color to them. Next is to work on the fighters

If i had the skill and patience I would model it with an actual saw on the nose and paint a hockey mask onto the cockpit

A little advice (that I've received myself too): Seems like your paint is a bit thick, do you dilute it at all or use it straight from the container? I can highly recommend diluting it a bit with water (is you are using waterbased paints) as it gives a far smoother surface without brush marks/texture
Yes, I wasn't happy with having to do a couple of extra coats on the darker parts, however my hand isn't as steady as it used to be and I'm trying to regain my touch with a brush. I can usually go straight from the paint bucket with very few issues, but in this case seeing as how the list is more of a pirate band, I'm not going to fix it.
I will however give the water idea a try, I'm always looking for ways to get better.

possibly you could use a small saw blade from a dremel tool, or possibly from a kids toy tool box with a saw blade.. that would be a riot to see sticking out the front of a albino moon calf...
