I always laughed at that scene, thought to myself 'this is the cool and collected guy heading up the desperate battle'?!?

I have always wondered if there was a deleted scene where a few of the pilots bet during the scene where they're explaining the Endor mission and later during the fight the guy who ended up ramming the Exeecutor's bridge actually won the bet!
