I'm super tempted to start one. Doesn't seem to be many around and the ones that are dont put episodes out regularly.
Star Wars Miniverse is not exclusively X-Wing, but they usually have one segment devoted to X-Wing. They have named chapters in the podcast so it is easy to fast forward to the X-Wing chapter.
