A lot of the previous art on the ship/upgrade cards has been pretty great, and would look awesome as a desktop background, but it never really occured to me to ask...
However, the wave 4 stuff, PARTICULARLY, I'd be really excited to see. There aren't too many really good images out there for some of these craft, and what FFG is putting on these cards is the best that some of these ships have ever looked!
Any chance of some 1920x1200 version of any of these images?

Oh, no doubt - there are certainly some great ones OUT there.
It's just...things like the TIE Phantom, TIE Defender, Z-95, and E-Wing...not as much on them.
(Occasionally you get something inspired coming along - the 2560x1600 version of the pic on this page is a pretty amazing E-Wing shot, for example. But you really got to dig for them. And since FFG already HAS the art... And we are all fans of both Star Wars AND their game... )

wow they almost manage to make the E-Wing look good.
