Definition of "close range" for personal scale

The Politico's "Inspiring Rhetoric" talent on p.66 specifies it impacts allies in "close" range. I didn't find a good definition of "close" range in the Range Bands section (p.208).

What does "close" encompass? Engaged, short, and medium?

Its a typo, the errata changed it to short.
