Wave nine will not be ships at all. You will be waves of space debris. Blown up ships to bits of Alderon. One will have the space slug that Han flys into.

I can understand that the council chambers must have been lonely with Anakin away fighting the clone wars, but who would have saw that coming, Leia being Han Solo's half sister. That scene where Jar Jar tell Han Solo that he is his Father, breath taking.

I'm so glad I don't play this game anymore. It really jumped the shark IMO after wave 6. I'm sorry but, that Use The Force EPT that came with the Ewok Glider was BORKEN. It doesn't matter that you have to discard the card to play it, you do and you auto win the game- straight up borken. Playtested my @$$!

Come on everyone makes mistakes. Besides, in wave 7 they did release the Gungan Midichlorian phart blast, that canceled out the Ewok card, so long as Artoo and Jar Jar were both in the SSD hanger by round 3...

I think that before we see wave 9 we might get a preview of the re-designed star field tiles they have been promising us...

Wave 9 will be ships from the new movies, thats the safest speculation i think one can make. We will likely get more EU ships before and throughout, but my money would be on ships from the new movies at that point.

I think it may be a while until we see Wave 9 after the fiasco of Rebel Aces with twin Rebel Transport repaints, EPTs, and the special (and cancerous) Radium paint job that allowed them to glow in the dark.

Ever since they officially announced the full interchangeability between this and Star Trek Attack Wing I just can't keep up any more. I just can't make squads work without both the Black Sun and Borg technology for my Rebel fleets, and I'm not spending $78 just to get another Cube for the upgrades I require for the 600 point squads for Mass Fleet Play.
