I just picked up a copy of Battle Lore 2nd edition a couple nights ago. I know very little about BL 1st edition other than there were quite a few expansions for it (if I remember correctly). Either way, I'm assuming there will be a lot of expansions going forward with the 2nd edition. My question is, does anyone know if the 1st edition ever had expansions or rules for more than just 2 players?

Right now, I think I'd prefer to play Battlelore 2nd edition more like the Overlord scenarios from Memoir 44... two maps laid out to make a long rectangle. You'd play 4 scenario cards (2 per side) and setup the board accordingly. First team to 32 points would win. To encourage team play I'd use some sort of shared hand of cards, the the 2 leftmost sections would be the left flank, center 2 the center (meaning each player would be responsible for half of the center), etc.
