Yes. You just can't reroll any dice that was already rerolled. And if you are using a HLC you can keep your crits after the rerolls.

Correct. However, it should be noted that any given die can only be rerolled once. So if you have the following results:

Blank, Blank, Focus, Hit

And you reroll the two blanks and the result becomes:

Blank, Crit, Focus, Hit

You could reroll the Focus or the Hit, but not the Blank or the Crit.

Howlrunner's Primary Weapons only. Krassis and Jonus are only Secondaries.
