When do effects that are "during the phase" expire? Are they still in effect at the "end of the phase"? Specifically, if a player plays Litany of Fire with the plot Valar Dohaeris in effect do the locations standing get discarded? The FAQ says something about "until the end of phase" effects expiring before "at the end of phase", but this is a "during the phase" effect, so now I am unsure. Searching hasn't been much help yielding opinions with little back up. . Could someone explain which way this should go and why?

"Until the end of the phase" and "during the phase" are the same thing. The "for the phase" effect ends, the "at the end of the phase" passive happen. The locations stop being treated as characters before the plot effect kicks in.

My original plan meant I would probably have used a Raven to reveal V-D in the dominance phase
