A minor update of the Fab's Squadrons Generators (v3.81) => http://fabpsb.free.fr

Improvement of the "MATH" feature to display the repartitionof the cards through out the expansions.

Addition of the Rebel Transport (BETA).

And a call to contributors in order to help me to deliver the tools in german, italian and spanish.
