Just to say, next to the Shuttoplis, Shuttleminjaro, Shuttltacular, Shuttles my next favorite ship is the Squint. So I am dearly looking forward to this release, I can taste it.

I just imagine my 2 boxes of Aces are in the boat going "are we there yet? are we there yet? are we there yet? are we there yet? " It helps.

Couple things:

I've seen games expand too much for their own good. I'm pretty satisfied with what's out and what is soon to be released. That said, I think FFG has to be looking at the future 2015 sequel movie for new ships as well. I'm hoping we will see some Skiprays, Scimitar Assault Bombers and Z-95s myself, but anything is possible.

Imperial Aces is great because it enhances the game by adding a few new pilots. I think I'd like to see more of that. More pilot releases. Green Squadron X-Wing!

I have also heard that exact same rumour. Was told that yesterday actually. It's annoying that they're so close, yet out of reach. But if it is true, then it means our 'release date' will be the same as everyone else's, and that is a good thing. Please hurry up FFG and release them!?

No. Those are reprints they were working on for a while now I would guess.

The status "On the Boat" lasts for 4 to 6 weeks. The 3rd of March will be 6 weeks, so they're not even late at this point. So they have until then to get to the FFG warehouse and still be on time. From that point it will take 7 to 10 days to get them from the FFG warehouse to retailers. Perhaps longer depending on the distributors

This all assumes that there isn't some delay that is completely out of FFG's control, like a storm between here and the printer that causes the boat to be delayed.

So unless they aren't in stores by the 6th of March, no one has any real reason to complain, because they are not late yet

People are really looking forward to this release and are anxious to have it in their hands so it isn't surprising that folks are talking about the fact that it looks like it is going to take the absolute max amount of forecasted time for this stage of shipping (if not more). I don't see it as "complaining" from what I've seen. We are just ready to get these things and were hoping it was going to be closer to the four weeks and not the six. It would be nice if FFG updated the page just to give a heads up on the forecasted release since clearly people are eagerly waiting.

Sorry but no, when someone posts how it seems the Imp Aces have been on the boat for 8 weeks already, 2 weeks after the product shipped... You've gone way past that point.

You've gone full bore into the complaining and whining stage, when you start to complain about how long it's taking, 2 weeks into a minimum of a 5 week process.

You even have one person saying he'll cancel his pre-orders if they don't get here in time for a Tournament... Which he can't legally use these ships for anyway.

This thread is nothing more then "are we there yet" that started 5 minutes after we left the driveway. As such a little reality, like the fact that the product isn't even late yet is completely called for.
