first ability: pretty straight forward. im guessing your confused about the second one
second ability:
Desperation First F Commit, Discard 1 momentum: For the rest of this turn, your attacks get +2 damage for every attack preceding them in the card pool. Lose 2 vitality after each attack resolves.
desperation first F means its the first form you play on a turn where you half less than half health. each attack you play, when you play it/put it into the card pool, looks back before it in the cardpool and count the number of attack, multiplies by 2 and gets that much damage bonus.
since this is the only relatively confusing part about the card: after an attack resolves is after the damage calculation step and after the damage step, if you played a multiple ability, you lose 2 vitality after each one has gone through its damage step. so if your at 2 and you play and attack that becomes fatal to your opponent, then it will deal damage before you take the 2 vitality loss
