I got my own copy over Christmas, and was working up ideas to store it all neatly.
I have solutions for cards, the plastic, and cardboard counters. One last puzzler. Anyone have a good solution for storing the map hex tiles?

I've always been a fan of elastic bands, but if that doesn't suit your fancy, I believe there are tuckboxes designed for the map hexes over on BGG.
I use either quart or gallon sized ziplock bags. Not elegant but it works.
You should avoid plastic bags since they are slightly acidic and over time can damage the hexes. Same reason you don't store comic books in ziplock bags.
You can try fitting them in a card board box like the ones you can get for card games.
Edited by WickI have found that a ribbon storage box, ~$9 available at hobby & craft stores, is the right size for storing these hexes.
The tiles will store vertically and as you can see from the illustrations t here is a divider to keep them from falling over. The divider also leaves available space for other storage inside. There is also a separate removable storage tray inside the lid.
