None of the above? I'd probably go with list 1 with a few tweaks.
First, being a 3 ship list, it must deliver some serious hits from those three. Jan helps with that more than Kyle does, the balance will have to come in knowing when to give it to Wedge and when to give it to Luke. Ideally, Luke and Wedge would both like to be able to kill a TIE fighter in one turn, especially if they're at R1. Wedge will do on average 2.12 damage against a TIE without Jan. With her, he'll do 2.72 damage on average. This is assuming the opponent focuses.
Luke on the other hand will do 1.23 damage. Which if he attacks the same thing that Jan does, she will add 1.22 (defender unfocused) damage from her blaster turret, assuming she has enough focuses stored up to use one for the turret, and one for the attack. This totals 2.45 damage. If you have her attack first and strip the focus token, and Luke follow up, the combined damage is 2.55, so that would be the preferred method. So you'll have a good shot of killing 2 TIEs with the three of them, or at least kill one, and do some damage to the other so you can kill 3 over 2 turns.
But, that brings us to my tweaks. I'm not a fan of the blaster turret. Even if you took recon/MC and as such you had a focus to use on the attack, you're looking at 1.63 damage against a focused single agility, .91 vs. 2 F agility, .64 vs. 3 F agility, etc... Presuming focused fire, and therefore the defender doesn't have a focus, yields the following results: 1.88 vs 1, 1.53 vs 2, 1.22 vs. 3, .95 vs. 4... So, presuming you have a second focus, you can possibly do a second damage against 1 and 2 agility ships. You might as well take an Ion turret.
For that "1 point," lets take a look at what it gives you. Against bombers and the Firespray, it prevents them from dropping bombs. For B wings and shuttles, it prevents them from using advanced sensors. For Interceptors and A wings (and others) it prevents them from using PTL, or risk not having any actions. For all of the above, it can put them on an asteroid to do that extra damage, lose their action, and potentially lose their shot. And it can royally screw large based ships and make them take several turns to get back into the fight due to their closing speed on the edge.
So, I would delete blaster turret and moldy crow title from Jan, freeing 7 points. The ICT would take 5 of those points, leaving you with two more. From here, I would consider several options - dropping determination an Nien Nunb to put chewy on the HWK (probably what I would go with), or dropping DTF and putting PTL on Luke - this makes him very lethal, and works with R2-D2 in that he wants to be doing green maneuvers, but doesn't help pull crits off of Wedge. It also makes the opponent really think about who is target #2 (Wedge is clearly #1) - Jan by herself can't do too much damage by herself, but Luke's innate defensive ability makes him hard to kill, I'd probably go for Luke 2nd, but I could see people going for Jan second. The one downside to this list is that everyone will end up stressed every turn.
Which list would you choose and why?
I have a list much like your first one. But with a few different upgrades on Jan.
Blaster Turret and Moldy Crow don't really work without the recon agent. I put a ion cannon on her, and Chewie. Between Chewie and Luke with DtF she's actually rather hard to kill, as long as she doesn't get focused on by 4+ ships at once.
The Ion I find more effective because you shouldn't be using Jan for damage, but rather to buff and debuff. With the Ion it makes it that much easier for you to bring Wedge in at a R1 attack rolling 5 dice with a -1 defense to the target. That going to hurt anything he shoots at.
Here's my go to list!
Ten Numb + Sensor Jammers (35)
Wedge + R2D2 (33)
Kyle Katarn + Blaster Turret + Determination + Recon Speicalest + Moldy Crow (32)
Kyle hands out focus to wedge who can regain his shields, while they all do hard hits.
EDIT: Changed Deadeye to Determination

Deadeye does nothing on Kyle, you still have to spend a focus to fire the blaster turret. deadeye is for missiles. Put determination on him or vet instincts.
I almost like the first with the Blaster turret/Moldy Crow exception that has already been mentioned several times.

Isn't that 101 points?
Option D, none of the above.
Unless you've got some some ships in there that can take more punishment, then you've got too few ships. Between ships and shields you can only take 15 hits and when you face off against a Tie swarm, they will knock out one of your ships on the first pass without much hassle.

Lol, Ten Numb with Jammer is 35 my bad, again
