When will a copy of the new TR be available?

Not until Monday at the very earliest, though I would not be surprised if it's later still.

its on the desk of the last person it needs to go to, but he needs to do a check to make sure everything is in order, and he wont get to his desk until monday. im guessing by thursday at the latest
