I keep hearing different things. Are these old cards actually legal or were people talking about them cause there are new cards released that have a similar effect?

Currently new cards, with similar effects.

I have yet to see any physically reprinted version with the same title, same effect, and new watermark.

Until copies of the aforementioned cards are circulated with 5 point shuriken watermarks, they are not legal.
