2) Yes (granted you couldn't spend two modded at once to reduce Femme/Toolbox/etc twice)

3) Bleh, there was a ruling on this regarding saving programs that have trashing as a cost. I don't remember off the top of my head.

4) One by one without reshuffling. The whole point of multiple draws during one run is so you don't see the same card twice. Though once you draw the next card, you cannot go back to a previous one and decide to trash it (if able). You must decide what you are going to do with a card before you draw the next.

Regarding Sacrificial Construct: Yes, it can save Crypsis. However, anything that requires a program be trashed as a cost REQUIRES the cost be paid in full to get the effect. Therefore if you prevent Faerie's self-trash, it can't break anything.

If anything it would appear to my Crypsis is more paying a cost - because there is a choice to use token or trash. Both occur after you break the subroutine so I can't see any way you go backwards?

Faerie and Crypsis work the same. Deus X, however, has trash as a cost.

Oh, poop. Sorry, I mis-remembered Faerie. ethereal is correct, and Sacrificial Construct can save both Faerie and Crypsis. Apologies for confusion.
