Aces - Where do you preorder?

By Crabbok, in X-Wing

As Imperial Aces approaches, I'm considering pre-ordering it online, as some sites have had it listed cheaper if you preorder. Instead of 29.99 I could get it for 19.99, so with that kinda savings I'd obviously want to try it out, but I'm reluctant to order from some game shop that I know nothing about.

What do you guys use for ordering your stuff online? I usually use amazon but they don't have it yet.

Online? Nah, I got my order in at FFG's Game Center. (I'm so not helpful)

I plan on picking up two from my FLGS. They give student discounts, and that's where we go to play.

miniaturemarket.com is where I usually buy all my gaming supplies and games. I do however live in Canada and shipping to my house is expensive, but I just got a place in the states to ship to so I will see how customs treats me when I bring hundreds of dollars worth of stuff across the border. Also miniaturemarket ships free to the US if you spend over $100

I do all of my preordering from Team Covenant (Teamcovenant.com).

I've pre ordered through both miniature market (MM) and Cool Stuff Inc (CSI). No issues

Pre-ordered my 4 from my FLGS (Game Kastle in Santa Clara Ca.). Got 20% off for pre-ordering as well.

I am not sure about pre-ordering at this time because the shops expected them to arrive December last year and did their pre-order sales in November.

However, I pre-ordered at 3 different locations (just in case I guess) in November.

1. online (got it on ebay, a good reputation vendor, however there is complications due to the nature of ebay programming and the expansion being delayed)

2. Local hobby store quite some distance from me

3. Local hobby store close to me
