I got my copy of Suns of Fortune in, and I'm loving it. However, I was wondering if someone could identify a species from the book's artwork. The picture is at the bottom of page 85, right under the description of the Plympto System. It's a member of an unknown species dressed in Jedi robes and wielding a lightsaber.

Anyone know?

I don't know, but I also liked that piece of art.

Not art for a page I wrote, so this is complete speculation, but that would appear to be a Neti, perhaps? She looks similar to Jedi Master T'ra Saa.

Could be a Neti as KRKappel suggested. Might also be a Nautolan (Kit Fisto's species), though the lack of a definable nose kinda calls that into question.

I had considered both Neti and Nautolan and discarded both ideas, since there seems to be a large discrepancy between how they normally look and how that image is presented. The head seems covered by layered flaps, almost like the leaves of an artichoke, only longer. Neti's aren't as smooth, and Nautolan are more tentacle-like.

I'd go with Neti. She does look a good deal like Tra'Saa.
