So does anyone have any news or rumors for the rule set for the new epic scale? I mean nothing since Gencon other than the add sheet from the gamer mag. This is the reason I believe that FFG is going to lose the market to the Star Trek game. They just play stuff too close to the vest to keep interest in the slow periods...

I totally agree! That and the fact the Star Wars is more popular is why i think X-wing stay on top.

I am both a Star Trek and Star Wars fan, and have a model from the Star Trek: Attack Wing game. I agree with both Danthrax and Imperial Rebel, the Star Wars models are light years better. However, Wizkids do have better prize support (assuming you win); but that comes with its own problems with 'power creep'.

Yes I like how the prizes in X-wing are all style, that way the best have to work to stay that way!
