What happens if keyhole is trashed during a run.

Hello,

I am unsure aobut following scenario:

Runner initiates a run on R&D from Keyhole.

Let's suppose the Keyhole gets trashed during the run. Either because of Rototurret or because runner installed other programs in the middle of the run from SMC or Clone Chip.

Does the run continue then? If yes, does runner get to access three cards and trash one?

From the FAQ:

If Sneakdoor Beta is trashed during a run it initiated, the run is still treated as a run on HQ if it is successful.
Keyhole would be the same way. If the run is successful, you can look at 3 cards from R&D, trash one, and force the Corp to reshuffle.

Yep. As Etherial pointed out, the run was still initiated by Keyhole. Even though Keyhole is no longer available, that only affectes your future runs. When you began the run, you did it by using Keyhole's ability - you paid the cost, you'll still get the effect.
